my baby son keeps getting his legs or arms caught in between the slats of his crib. This causes him to SCREAM even while sleeping. My hubby has been getting little sleep. So when he is sleeping now his snoring is worse. I went to sleep on the couch and fell asleep around 2 am. I have been up since 5:30 am. I went on line and purchased a solution. Breathable crib mesh. looks pretty neat and it's safe. take a look what do you think..reviews were great. Has online shopping ever rescued you?

I have heard that cribs have that problem.. don't know why they do these days... didn't years ago. but probably cause they are trying to make more money off them and structure the slats farther apart instead of appropriately for kids... okay, off my soap box.. but hey.. that sounds like a great solution! I was going to mention bumper pads, but your mesh net is really a good idea. And very safe too. Good luck with it As for the snoring husband...can't help you there! My husband started snoring abou 15 years ago and we haven't slept in the same room since. He won't get any help and won't loose any weight(that is a huge contribution to snoring!). But his snores.. I still have to close sometimes both bedroom doors... I'm telling you it is close to earthquake rumble sound!

Feel your snoring pain. My hubby isn't overweight though he has put on a few lbs during my pregnancy.

He's only about 30 over...and could loose it, but doesn't think he needs to. Or maybe more honestly... just doesn't want to! Oh well!!

I guess that is a good idea for your son who gets entangled to the crib. I guess that is the trend nowadays that they are selling cribs that have no slats already and most of them are clothe and not wood anymore since it could injure your baby. I hope you have solve your dilemma on how this things would not happen again.

Good day... Yes a lot of times. In ebay for things that are cheaper and at par in quality with the ones that sells on shops.

My son did this, we just used a blanket we had, in the same way that mesh works. Cheers, it will help, believe you me. Have a great day.

I used those with my baby. They really were much safer that way. not using one can actually cause your baby injury. A lot of the newer crib sets come with them. If your son is getting old enough I'd suggest moving him into a toddler bed or a twin. Be sure to get safety rails if you do though. At 18 months my daughter was propelling herself out of the crib and onto the floor on a regular basis. We had to take her out, it was just too dangerous.

I really truly hope that this solution helps alot. I know how that can be. We bought bumper pads but it never failed that a arm or leg got through it a few times. So this is a good solution and I hope it does well.

That sounds like a pretty good idea. I was considering this stuff for the crib that was mesh and went over top the crib to keep the baby from crawling out. my daughter learned how to crawl out of her crib rather early but she wasn't ready for a toddler bed. Luckily she stopped crawling out because she couldn't stick the landing lol. I've been saved by online shopping and researching quite a few times. I wish I could think of a specific incident so this would be more interesting, but my brain is fried lol. I'm glad you found something to help you get some sleep.

It sounds like a good idea. My kids never really had a problem with getting their feet stuck. My son was rarely in his crib though, so that helped with him not getting stuck I guess. I hope it arrives quickly so you all can start to get more rest.

Thankfully I've never had that problem. Maybe once or twice, but not on a regular basis. With my kids it was always some obscure reason for being up all night, and I never could figure it out.

donkey years ago, when my children were small, I had a crib bumper that went around the crib and was secured into place. This worked quite well as far as I recall but this meash looks so good and shpuld solve your problems. As far as your husband goes, try getting him to use a nasal spry last thing at night and this should help to stop the snoring. Otherwise, you could do what I always did. Pinch his nose very hard and yell at him to turn on his side. Hope this works out o.k. for you

Interesting, very interesting. I have a friend who likes to joke about falling out of bed at night. He claims it's due to clumsiness, I say it's the booze. I'm thinking about buying him rails to fit around his bed. I may have to get mesh to go along with it as well, but It depends on my leveling of caring if he gets hurt while flailing around like a doofus. hmmm...

Never had a problem with the kids getting limbs stuck, but my youngest learnt how to climb out of his cot when he was 10 months,so i put a mattress on the floor for him to sleep on,that way he couldn't hurt himself
