Does anyone have a wii fit and use one of those exercise game? If you do have you seen any improvements? Do they really help you lose weight? Which one do you use? I have heard that some of them are no good, I just don't want to go spend $50 on one that is going to be bad. Any suggestions?

I have a Wii Fit and it worked for me I went from 174lbs. to 154lbs, and I loved every minute of it, it's exercise but it's fun. I didn't even realize that I lost 20 lbs. I did not lose it in a week it took about three months but I wasn't even trying. I just had a baby three weeks ago so I can't wait to see what will happen when I actually try to lose weight with the Wii Fit. I don't have another game for it yet but I am going to get the EA Sports Active game in about three weeks. I have read a few good reviews about the EA Sports Active game, I can't wait to try it.

I have wii fit, balnace board, sports and Samba de amigo game. I got it in February, alongside watching my diet I have lost just over 2 stone this year. I find the wii fit better than the sports and the dance mat is too hard for me as yet but I keep trying. The bonus is that I can do this at home when everyone isout and no-one can see me and laugh at my attempts. Like with any exercise, you have to put the effort in, the wii fit just finds fun ways of making you move without realising how much work you are putting in. I love mine but find that now the sun is out I want to be outside gardening and then the time passes so quickly I haven't exercised as much.
