Staying healthy fit and fine is my priority, Whats yours?

I wish to stay healthy and fine and fit, for not a long life but to stay younger and smarter ever! Its as cool as seems to be. Know how! I take lots of salads in my foods, like diner or lunch, its a plate full of cabbage, radish,cucumber,onion and beetroot. Its the salad which makes me look much younger and defies my age! What about you?

I wish I am fit and fine but it doesn't seem to be in my priority list as my college totally eats up my time. We have so many assignments to complete that sometimes we can't even sleep at night. Though, I take salad regularly especially beetroot as I am anemic. I also take sprouts as "chaat" (hindi word) and it tastes awesome!!
