Gosh! its really hard to find it. I googled it many time. Do you know where i could find mp3 to midi converter. I really need this.

I don't know where you are located but you could definately try looking at Best Buy, if they don't seem to have it they could probably point you in the direction of where to get one! Good luck and happy hunting!
