hi, my friend, everyboday needs to be cheered up. Well, your situation is a little bit down, but never give up your dream. Yeah, the financial crisis had destroyed thousands of hundreds of families. Don't give up, man, you can go find some other job that you like. I still remember when I was 23 years old, I got no money to pay for my tuition. And I started a small business- selling some socks in the street with my friend. Finally I made it. You can have a try, too. Come on ,take a smile.

Please do not be sad my friend, you have your whole life ahead to look forward to...just think of all the things that you can do for free...go for a walk in a beautiful park and smell the beautiful nature around you...make yourself a small picnic of bread and water..or better still...pick some berries whilst you are walking and find a nice quiet place, lay out a blanket, eat a little, then shut your eyes and listen....what you hear is the most calming beautiful thing that you can imagine...its you at peace with nature. Let the world pass you by for an hour and allow yourself to breathe. It will take time but if you realise that your life should not be ruled by money, but by the little things that give you pleasure, you will find an inner peace. Whenever you have money, always make sure you have flour, margerine and yeast in your cupboard so you can make bread everyday. Grow some onions and potatoes in your garden if you can...if not, try and make sure you buy some when you have the money...try and keep away from those processed foods that we all end up relying on...get your self back by eating simple stews..a little meat cooked up in water with an onion and potato, along with your bread and plenty of water will give you more nutrients and vitality than processed foods can. Please stay away from tablets...they will do you more harm than good...I have been battling with depression for 5 years now and I can sympathise with you when you are at your lowest, but please do not turn to tablets to help...all I have tried is St Johns Wort which has helped to iron out my moods...I was also on a contraception implant which has now been taken out because it gave me very angry moods...do you take any tablets or hormones that may be affecting you without realising? It might be worth stopping them for 3 months or so and see if it helps to lift your mood....and please.....keep talking!!!!

Making money online don't have to cost you financially but if looking at the time one has to spent in making a substantial amount then I can understand that you will be frustrated and want to give up where working online is concern. I am glad that your financial future is getting better for you. For financially advice you can visit http://blog.financiallysmartonline.com.

well, all of us have a down moment in our lives and i believe it will only be temporary... i also believe that God won't test us more than what we can handle and if we are able to pass the test, we will become a much better and stronger person... also, our faith will also be stronger... so hang on there and believe that tomorrow will be a better day... cry if you must but don't get caught up in your low mood for too long... please cheer up... take care and have a nice day...

yeah I know the feeling. I got currently laid off from my job three months ago and it has put me in a downward spiral. I was making the kind of money that if I wanted someting I would go and get it and not have to ask my husband for it. I know it should not bother me to ask my husband but I was brought up that the only person you can rely on is yourself to make it in this world. Don't get me wrong I did trust someone along time ago and I was hurt very much, so now I rely on my self to get what I need for myself and my kids. However right now it is hard just collecting unemployment, but I will figure out something soon.

It feels sad to read all this. Things take a downturn in everyone's life some or the other time. And the one who survives in such time, is a Perfect Man!! Don't give up, don't loose heart..!! Take it as a challenge and go for selling some items. Like, if you are good at cooking, you can prepare cookies, muffins or anything and it can earn you "something". Then, there are so many things to sell off. You just need to discover that talent you have in you and use it for the best!! And you will see things improving and luck going your way..!! Cheer up!!
