Does anyone sign up with Ninerniner.com?

I had signed up with ninerniner.com for posting blogs there for a couple of months already. I did get my first payment on last month. This month, I reached my payment once again. But this time, it takes me for 2 long week and I still got no payment. I sent an email to inquire, but no return mail whatsoever. I just wonder if anyone sign up with this website before and can give me some info on this case? On their FQA, they said that they usually pay on the first week of the month when the user reaches the payout. Now, it is the third week of the month.
