Ever visited slums!

Slums are those areas of our town which have lots of kids who are living below poverty line. They are usually searching for food and clothing, its their necessity and often indulge in other anti social activities. I feel pity at these kids slyly living in miserable conditions!

I have visited some slums here in Britain and it was during our researh work in the university so we all have been there and I was really sorry to see these people in these conditions when we could have done something for them. Some children turn our to be very naughty and some cry because they want to go to school and they cannot. We have met a boy who is very intelligent and he manage to read from books which are thrown up so He was given a place in the college. All fees are provided by our university and the accomodations also. He was so happy and atleast we could have removed one from there. There are many like him and I wish the Government could have done something better to them.
