Sometimes when we do not get sleep at all even after becoming tired, it is advisible to listen to some good music that will help us in lulling to sleep. I tried this several times and I was successful too, and did you ever try it?

Yes, listening to music makes me feel sleepy sometimes, but not always. I like to listen to melody songs when I am free. It helps me to feel relaxed and keep my mind free from tensions. I like to listen to light music during the nights if I don't get sleep.

The best way to fall asleep is to listen to a lecture after Lunch in the college. Nothing can beat that. I have the utmost privilige of listening to a theory session after lunch hour and I fall asleep at an instance. Listening to melodies in the late night instills a pleasure sleep in me and i use to listen to good music before I hit the bed every night.

Yes, even when I'm listening to a hardcore screamo, sometimes when I'm laying down just listening to it I fall asleep.

listening to music soothes my nerves, it helps me relax. lately i find myself dozing off while watching a movie.. i now realize i can sleep with the television on.. the sound keeps me relaxed as well. the television serves as people inside my room. Lately, our rooms have been very quiet and it's not something i'm accustomed to.

Hii, This is very interesting question. However I also feel the same. Normally after my hectic and with all kind worries i don't get sleep at that time listening to music is the way to have a good sleep. It really transfers you to another world. But the problem is that i do get nice sleep but who is going to off it ? For that i again have to wake up and off it hehe. Well Happy mylotting.

Yes, listening to music brings me to sleep. I always turn the radio on before I go to sleep. I guess just to relax and ease my mind a bit. But I prefer light songs rather than rock :D. My mom will be angry if she hears it.

I am agreed with you. Despite of this, while i am watching tv, i'll fall asleep too. But the music/tv must stop it after i sleep, otherwise it will disturb the quality of sleep. If it is bad, i'll get headache after wake up.
