after waking up from the bed? My whole entire body gets very sore everytime when I wake up from the bed, I think it is because I don't get enough exercises so it makes me always tired. Or my bed and pillow are not right for me? I don't know. I do feel better after the warm shower but still.
Are you like this too?

Hello mermaidivy,
I have problem with rheumatoid arthritis and because of this, I always have body ache every morning. Sometimes, my muscle feel very painful due to the coldness. I don't exercise too and that's also the reason why I feel aching every time I wake up in the morning.

I usually feel same way if I do much physical activity (work hard or have a good sports game) a day before. My P.E teacher told me, that it is caused by milk acid, which is stored in muscles after proper physical activity, but it usually passes in 24-48h. Usually I don't have such problem when waking up. If you have that problem every day and you don't do much physical, then I suggest the cause of problem lies in your sleeping habits or maybe the bed is causing you discomfort.
