What is the best band/artist to see live in the summer?

I am looking to go on a road trip or venture out to see some concerts this summer and was wondering who would be worth to see? What concerts/venues have good deals?

Blink 182 is going on tour with weezer and taking back sunday on the west coast. I think that concert is as good as they get. I have seen weezer before and they put on the most amazing show weather they are your favorite band or not. They are just fun to watch and River Cuomo can really preform live. However if you went to blinks tour anywhere else you would probably have to sit though fall out boy because weezer is only staying on the west coast
