Internet has become one of the most advanced modern technologies. So, provided there is no harmful environment to the child at the place where you keep the computer, a child can be exposed at any age he/she becomes curious about the computer. Ofcourse, depending on what the child likes to do, an adult may have to sit together !

i think they can use internet even when they are also young...so it depends if you mean i will liv emy child in front of internet alone or with me?or better i will leave alone but i limited the ent so he/she can be protected from som site not for children?so i think if they are alone may be must have 10-11 years old...also becaus ebefore i think they should see and learn or even just reach positive contents...i think internet cna be useful too as regards educational and so seeing that chilhood is the big age of the edcational level...so it cna be useful also from this point of view!!
