Imelda Marcos former first lady of the Philippines is requesting the government to returned those jewelry confiscated . This jewelry is cost of 10 million$ . The government could not return this jewelry because there's still pending legal arguments. If the government have the right to posses all this jewelry granted by court do the government auction it and the money they get will go to the payment of the government loans ?

i guess it would be wise to sell the jewelry and get the money to pay up for government loans. but the question is, will this money go to government loans or to pockets of public officials. well lets just wait and see.

Imelda told the public that she is poor now. I don't believe her because she is still live in the condo unit in Taguig. She still can travel abroad I think she still have money. The government don't want to return the jewelries to her. I watched her interview this morning. She said that she bought the jewelries legally at her own pocket. I'm very surprised how beautiful and expensive her jewelries is. Our government want to sell her jewelries but I think the money will go to the corruption. There some public officials are got interested to the profit of Imelda's jewelries even if they don't admit it.

imelda has many many jewelries and shoes.she cannot use them everyday huh?other people say she buy those jewelries and shoes using the people's money.if the government are going to confiscate and sell those jewelries and shoes then they should show the people where every peso is being used.because other people are afraid it will be used to go to the politicians pocket.

I guess Imelda should request to the courts to return what is rightfully hers. if she can prove that the money she used to buy those things is not from the government or maybe was a gift from others. I think for as long as the source where the Jewelry came from is questionable it cannot be returned to her.
