can i go back to the discussion and change what i have written?how?

i just relize i have done a mistake while writing the discussion.
im new to the mylot and dont know how can i change the subject , is there any way i can change the information i have put ?
if yes how ?
if not can we have such a method where we can change the information, we think is not relevent so that only right thing passes on

No, you can't edit a discussion once you've submitted it. The only way to correct misinformation...which I've done myself...is to give the correct information under the first response to your discussion.

oh thanks for that ,it never came to my mind that we can do that
but i still think there should be a provision where we can chande /edit the discussion
it will make life easier for all of us and who read it

You are right, you can post a comment on the first response for corrections. But the best way is to preview the discussion first and do the necessary corrections before posting it.

You cannot edit the post but you delete the post you have posted and if you want to redo it you can re-type it. I think that is the only thing you can do.

It would be nice if we could delete them, but we can't, as only mylot can delete them. The best thing to do would be to use the preview button, then if you have mistakes in it, then you can correct them then. That is really the only way we can correct our posts. I should use the preview button, but I don't as I proofread it while I am typing it. I hope this has helped you. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.
