What do you do after a hard day of work i office

Hi Mylotters, what do you after a hard work throughout the day after reaching home, do you have you dinner and go to sleep or you get involved in some other activity to get relief from the stress.
I prefer to go to sleep immediately after my dinner but I know of some people who will get engaged in some fun activity to ease off there stress

After a hard of work, I usually turn on my laptop and surf on the Internet, checking my emails, viewing my favorite websites till it is time for me to take a shower and sleep. This is what I love to do after getting back home from work. Have a good day, friend.

Thanks for the response,thats nice that sitting on internet eases you as after a hard day I really do not find it interesting enough to sit on computer again!!
Yes shower is really needed after such a tiring day you feel refreshed after a shower and you can sleep in peace!!!

After a hard work, i like to have a bath first,then have dinner,then go to bed and lying watch tv for a minuter, if no good program, i will go to sleeping.

After a long day at work - I usually go for my runs. After running - I take a quick shower to wash off the sweat then make a simple dinner for me and my brother. After dinner - just either mylot or TV. Lately, I've been on mylot more than TV, because at least on here I'm making money while responding to discussions and what-not. I'm also in the middle of creating a website - but I usually work on that on the weekends. Or when the bf is not here.
