Hi there, I checked out the link that you gave. It looks pretty cool and it's good that you said in advance that it's mostly for US citizens - most people try to hide that fact just so they get more hits from Asians even though we don't get compensated. I do know an online market portal that almost always accepts international offers: it's ODesk. You can look it up yourself if you're interested. I'd rather not spread any referral links because that might put both of us in trouble and I don't want people to think that I'm sharing the site just because of referral benefits :P Thanks for the response on my discussion :)
