Do you believe the soul lives on after the body dies?

Different people or religions have many theories on this. My personal belief is that the body is only temporary, but that the soul is eternal. Once it leaves our body upon death, it lives on. Exactly where or in what form, energy perhaps, I am not sure, but I do believe it is eternal. Do you believe the soul lives on after the body dies?
