how do I show links in my blog's comments?

I receive several comments a day and I many of them are links to my reader's own personal sites/blogs. I want to show my appreciate by helping them drive traffic into their own sites by allowing clickable links on my Blogger Comments.
Is this possible? I checked the Comments section under the Customize link but no option to turn on/off the links on comments is available.

You as a blogger need not do anything. It is up to the one who comments on your blog to earn a link. I have written a post on this topic of how to show your link when you comment a Blogger blog. Blogger allows to use HTML code inside the comments. So, you can also use the hyperlink tag in HTML. Thanks.
