Is street Cents still on tv?

When i was a kid there was TV show called street cents. I'm pretty sure it was alot of consumer reviews and suggestions. It was geared at teens and a bit humourous too. I particularly remember the part where they would flash the words across the screen over a cow that said "what's your beef?" and people would send in beefs/complaints about products or services and such. I got thinking about this show the other day because My dad has been going around saying whats your beef then pauses and goes "Angus...black angus thats my beef" (cause thats the kind of cattle we raise) Its kinda funny..more funnmy if you know the show im talking about. Did you ever see the show? It used to air on CBC but i dont know if its still on.
