im registered into a lot of traffic exchanges hundreds of them... 
... but only less than 50 of them i find really quite good... not only for credits but also for paying their members. I surf them daily... if you have time you can check my blog, the link is in my profile. you can see descriptions there i have given on those traffic exchanges i really like.

I have 3 traffic sites now and surfing in tabs works for me too.

i give them a number of sites to surf daily, some 50, some 100 some even more... and i have lots of tabs opened. depends on how fast or slow my surfing on that time... if surfing seems slow i have only few tabs open and surf those sites at the same time, then would close one and open another...

my top 3 are: easyhits4u, trafficera, and traffic swarm coz they have the most members so your site would be more exposed. i'll send you my link if you are not yet a member of any of these.

Easyhits4u and trafficera are the best traffic exchanges out theer since they offer a 1:1 ratio of exchange

If you are looking for just hits, EasyHits4u and Hitbandit would be quick in delivering the hits. Whereas if you look for sign ups for your programs, TrafficSwarm would be best. I made a sale of an affiliate product and got a profit of $25 at TrafficSwarm.
