Indian media played a big role in the downfall of Indian Cricket Team. Md. Azharuddin once said that "the media will take you to the top only to cut you down". Rightly so, media here praised and worshiped MS Dhoni and rest of Indian Cricket team when they were winning mathces. However as sooon as there is a defeat, they like hypocrites blames the captain and everyone for the lose. Come on people, its a game and someone has to win and someone has to lose. A team can not always remain immune to defeates in a game of cricket. Indian media reacts as a bunch of small kids crying for toffees. Our team needs us at this hour. They need our support to do better and win games for us. Its time to move on. Can we all behave like adults, and stand by our beloved superheroes of cricket and support them. Or else, if you chose to criticise and boo them, its upto you, but i say, its NOT Cricket. Who cares!

The Indian media is on of the most fickle media in the whole world. When India wins they will blare at the top of their voice as though someone had found a path breaking technology to reduce global warming. When India loses then all hell breaks loose. The captain goes for a toss. The entire atmosphere changes and they start mourning about the loss as though someone had let them down badly. This is just a game and treat it just as a game and not as a full fledged battle or war.

Yes, I agree with you 100%. There are only a few indian journalist who does good job. Rest all write all kind of BS. You turn on your TV and switch to any indian news channel, it full of you know what. SO much masaala they add in a news that any sensible human being can not watch it for long. They will drang and drag one news the whole day and keep doing it until it stinks. And if any cricket player didn't score they will comment as if they have actually played and won 50 world cups in a year.

yes,our indian media reacts like that from the beginning.i don't think it is only the media, majority of the people in india react in a similiar way.but,i don't think dhoni will take the critics seriously.dhoni said in the prize distribution that he faced situations where his fans performed burial-rituals for him.
