Befor i met my boyfriend over a year ago i hated video games i thought they were stuppid and a waste of time my time. My little brother played non stop growing up and i just never caught on. but when me and my boyfriend met he introduced me the right way to games granted there are games still out there i just wont play but i looked into games more and realized i love playing games halo 3, marvel aultimate alliance, proto type, fall out, thats its so far. now my question is if you females were introduced to video games the right way would you reconcider giving them a try

im sorry to say that women to not possess the coordination needed to be a quality gamer. girls and videogames is like men and makeup....they just dont mix

ok there are SOOOOO many things wrong with what you wrote its funny. 1st as far as you saying women and video games is like men and make up, well my boyfriend took special affects make-up classes and he loved it, 2nd you are completly entitled to your opinion but but what i an seeing its either two thing your a much older person that doesnt belive girls should do any of those things but be a house wife or your just another poor soul who hasnt yet seen the gamer light lol

Larry thats the dumbest comment ive ever heard. maybe in nowhere land that might be true but i have friends that will own you in any FPS(firstpersonshooter) you would ever try playing. My GF plays with me on MMOs that i play and shes awesome! So you might wanna rethink your statement.

I've played video games here and there throughout my childhood, but my bf also got me playing them regularly! He got me to play Kingdom Hearts, Tomb Raider, Lego Star Wars, and Nintendo DS. I play Resident Evil sometimes, too, but I get too scared, hahaha. My bf is a huge gamer, and giving video games a (bigger) chance got us to spend more time together. If you can't beat them, join them! Right? Hehe.
We also play Guitar Hero, Rock Band, and Wii Games. Hey, they make for good get-togethers with friends!

Ya Games are for everyone, I guess more women think its pointless and a waste so they are drawn away from it. But my mom is the one that turned me into a gamer! so not all women hate games, its great that all of you are gettin into playing . its more of a passtime and having fun.

Hi sourcherry! I love playing games even though I dont have much time anymore. Me and my brother both started when while we were at one of our aunts house she introduced us to the nintendo (seems like such a long time ago, lol). We were practically addicted to it. I later got bored with it as I went into my teenage years but I still played every now and then. My brother still loves it and every time he buys a new game I will try it out. I have to admit that the only thing bad about it is that it's very time consuming and addictive. My fav are grand theft auto, medal gear, residen evil, that type of stuff and every now and then I like games like spyro. Happy mylotting!

hey do you happen to have an xbox 360 and if so do you have live, because you and my boyfriend have really close taste in video games. And i have to agree with you they are really time consuming because when i was playing fall out 3 i told my self i was only going to play for an hour and i thought i did but when i checked the time it was 4 hours later lol. oh lol we still have a 64 at our house and play evry now and agian but since we just got prototype for the 360 we haven't played for a min
