How did you find your partner?

I'm pretty new to the idea of BDSM. I was wondering, when you think you're ready for a dom, or a sub, how do you find them? Also, how do you insure that you're getting involved with somebody who is safe? Where did you find your first partner, and how is that working out for you?

Whats a BDSM and do you mean a domain ?? LOL
I met my boyfriend at work, we worked together and started dating. About three months later he was laid off and then me so at least it wasnt too awkard, its not a great idea to get involved with co workers you know? It can get comlicated.
So we started our own tine little business and since then have been together. I am no longer part of the little business cause Its not making any money but he still does it and earns a little bit.
Were kind of drifting away but hanging on...

i met him in chat room. he is a good man with a very high reputation in his circle. i admire his personality of being so thoughtful and caring. And most of all he is intelligent. at first i thought he is just an ordinary friend. then one day i was so surprised because he had already penetrated my inner soul. he is my life i should say. i'm so thankful to God for giving Jay in my life. currently he owns a fast food chain in canada and maybe a new branch will be started in dubai. he is such an achiever individual. for me he is my one and only jay. friend I'm so happy to be with him soon anytime this year.
