In my previous discussion, there were many categories of service and items you can negotiate. And they are willing to give it to you, if and only if you be patience and be nice. Polite persistence is the key. Try to learn to read items from the inventory tag. This will let you know the date the item went on to the shelf. The stores will more likely to negotiate the items that have been sitting around.
Also, offer to pay cash for the item and take the item with you. Lastly, willing to walk away if you can't get the deal. Negotiating for what you deserve. You can save a lot of money by doing so.
