im kinda new to this site and was wondering if any little thing could effect my payout other than adding more posts. also if anything can make you louse payment in any way.

If you post longer posts with quality content, you will get paid more than if all your posts are just one or two sentences.
You can lose money if any of your posts are against the guidelines, so I would suggest reading them thoroughly, don't post any referral links to other sites, don't swear etc.
