Have you ever saw a cat died right in front of your eyes?

You see that i saw one cat died right before my eyes and it happen when i was going to school this afternoon (i'm a college student, so i always have night classes according to my student form) and i saw a cat running then this feline crash himself/herself at a nearby fruit stand which give the vendor a nasty surprise, after the cat hit himself/herself other people including me and the vendor to check out if the cat is alright but it's not, the cat is starting to have this weird seizures which we didn't know what is the cause until the cat is no longer moving (he/she died). We even check the cat for any signs of life but there's no life signals for the poor thing. (waah! that poor cat!) (sniff) How about you? Do you have any occurences that is similar with this one?
