It all depends on how active you are, and your participation in discussions. As far as how much we are paid, we don't know. Mylot doesn't like us to talk about earnings as it is a secret as to how we are paid, and I don't care anyway. As long as we are paid, that is all that matters. You need to post quality discussions, responses and comments to your discussions. You don't get paid much if anything at all, if you don't post quality, as that is what mylot is looking for.
