What type of movie cause you to be unrelaxed?

I think in general hooror movie does make people unrelaxed. For me, I enjoy watching horror movie if it is made from a quality script, great direction, or original ideas that is not the typical copycat of horror movie (girls with boobs everywhere and in the end usually one girl is alive or maybe her bf too). I got uneasy if watching too gory slasher horror movie, like Eden Lake or Hostel. I found the murder too sadistic, it really makes me wanna puke sometimes and made me numb watching it. Saw movie also sometimes make me unrelaxed though I enjoy it because there are few surprises on the story make you guess who did this, who did that. Other movies which I found annoying is Soul Plane, Alone In The Dark, DOA because it is just plain stupid and I just curse everything the actors said becuase it's like B class movie whereas I expecting a lot from the movie.

Well, recently, me and my wife watched Angels and Demons. After the movie I felt tired, maybe because of the running and chasing scenes from the movie. It's a good movie though. Right now, I'm waiting for Transformers II to come out. I bet it will be exhilarating as well.
