I have never seen that show, but I think that the documentaries that show the tough time teenage moms have are a good thing. I became a mom at 17, and although I wouldn't change a thing in my life, it was hard. I, like a lot of other teen moms, lost all of my friends. Their parents didn't think I was a good influence on their daughters, so we were not allowed to communicate. I did manage to graduate school, but I had to finsih my senior year being homeschooled because the school didn't want a pregnant girl around the other students. Now, if the shows portray teenage pregnancy as "the thing to do", then I think they should be taken off the air. They are definitely sending out the wrong message.
