when I face a major decision in life...I usually discuss it with others, I often get a survey of their answers to gather information to help with my decisions, I don't like deciding on my own because, I know that I need advice of other people so that my plans will succeed.
How about you when facing a major decision, do you tend to discuss it with others and get their input or do you decide on your own? why?

Usually in this kind of situation I rely on books and analyze by myself and take a decision. I don't feel comfortable discussing with others. And most of the time they can't help because they take it from their own experience and view.
I do believe that some experinced and wise people can help but it is hard to find such people when you need them.

I understand your situation, I've also relied on books when I got no one else to turn to, its also helpful somehow, but I've chose a book that I know that is reliable, a devotional book may do, for it has a lot of life's lessons in life. Don't lose hope there are still people out there you can rely on. seek for them.
