First sun burn in a While

The other day my friend insisted I stay out side with her and her children and my children. Lately I have had no energy being 9 months pregnant. I sat out in the beaming hot sun 80 degrees for 4 1/2 hours. My arms, chest, back of my neck and park of my back are as red as a lobster. So, on top of not being able to sleep as it is from being pregnant my sun burn makes it worse. It is the first sun burn I have had in over 3 or 4 years. I usually dont burn I usually just get a nice tan. So, I'm thinking it could be because I'm pregnant, but who knows. When was the last time you got a sun burn? Do you even burn or just tan?

I just went to the beach last saturday with my family. I didn't expect to burn but should of known I would. I am fair skin toned and do burn easily. Usually though only my face burns and maybe my shoulders. I really wanted to get some sun though. Lets just say i got more then enough. I went home red head to toe except for my bikini area's. My fiance was so nice to rub me down with aloe vera everywhere he saw red. I finally got tired of hurting though so looked for remedies. The one thing that worked the best was tea bath. You take tea and fill as much as you can into the tub and just lay in it. It was great. I also did condensed milk with mixed in water and sponged that all over the burned areas. It got me better faster I believe because my mom was still hurting long after me. She refused to do the tea bath.
