My youtube running slow!

Hey guys, I am facing this issue since wednesday. You tube is running very slow. I tried deleteing cache and cookies, didn't help. Not only you tube but other flash based video sites are running slow too. it takes ages to load, and scrambled voice too. I have reinstalled flash v10 too. No use. Please Help!

yeah mate iv had the same problem and i dont know why i was tryin to watch about a min long clip on there yesterday took like 20 mins to loads. Its getting really silly and i dont know why its so slow.
