Help me-computer slow?

You also have to consider your internet connection, if it's slow it may feel as though your computer is slow. I have fast internet and a slow computer, so it feels like it's going at a good speed, at least when I'm online.

first, maybe your computer memory to low,change it with a high new one.. second, too many program installed on your computer or data you keep in your hardisk,so your hardisk is full.. third, may be your hardisk on the way to bad sector... i ever have a problem like this before and the problem on the hardisk,too many data i keep on my hardisk,i bought a new one,and the highest than before... so try it hope this help you...

How old is your computer? if you just formatted it then yes you don't have virus anymore and not only that you also don't have anymore of those files and softwares you've saved and installed before the format. I say you upgrade your computer for a bigger RAM (4gb) or buy a new one?

Hello! I want to share my opinion about this problem. As I read some of the people opinion here. Some are right some are slightly get the points. In my own opinion and base on experience. Don't expect that our computer will be faster and faster while it is going to old. As human when reaching older and older, he/she is also feel weak and slow moving. Just analyze all the machine that we bough. When it is new it is good. But when it is old, the machine always prone to trouble right? Like computer, when reaching far beyond uses. One of this reason is that reformatting always. 2nd the lower cache memory 3rd not enough RAM 4th Operating system 5th virus 6th processor speed or processor brand 7th Motherboard - it is depend on the motherboard that handle processors some motherboard when uses in more time operations. the computer is moving slowly. 8th the hard disk capacity - see files on your hard disk. Try partitioning it and leave blank of files the main drive to allow more cache on it. 9th is possible short in your board? or possible conflict device or software and many other reason not say here...That I base upon of my experience as computer technicians in many years

you can try using a deframenter program which will make your cpu faster by alot. also you can try to overclock it but it might damage your computer. Goodluck :D

You must have mentioned how strong computer is Like which processor , how much ram, motherboard and so on. Well i have slow computer too. And i think i know what problem my computer has. I have 1gb ram, intel motherboard and 3.o6 ghz celeron processor. The reason for my slow computer is i think its celeron processor. It has got less cache memory and is unable to multiprocess well. Its only a year since i bought this computer and i am mad about it. It takes more than 40 minutes to burn a dvd while my friends computer can finish in about 10 minutes. And whenever some program is being installed with the music then it produces zig zig sound. You may have the similar problem as mine or low ram or weak motherboard .Next time don't forget to mention these things. And I am sure we can find out the problem...
