Would you keep the baby? I would as all his children should be loved.

Yes, I would, but I would also realize that it is a very stressful thing to do. You have to have lots of patience. It is a lot of hard work. My son has Cerebral Palsy, and it is always keeping me busy.

Yes I do. He is 12 now and it is really getting harder to care for him because he is so big. They keep suggesting that I put him in a home, but no way. He can do everything but talk, walk, and go to the bathroom. Sounds crazy to me. He has sure changed the way that I think about life. The little things that bother people are just not worth getting upset over. Enjoy life and do what you can do.

I would. Children with down syndrome can grow up to be productive adults too. I saw a guy working at Wal-mar that obviously had downs. He was a cart pusher and always had another associate with him to keep him safe but he was contributing to society like a good citizen.

What a question!! I have no idea. Down's syndrome is a lot to deal with, and you deal with it your whole life. I would certainly at least think about other options.

I would keep the baby, a life is a life. Either way you still need to have the patience to deal with children,,,sydrom or no syndrom. All children should be loved.

I think God doesn't give you more than you can handle. I have seen kids with downsyndrome and they can be happy and well loved as any other child. I would keep the baby and just love him or her like any other.
