Father's Day is this Sunday, and I was thinking of how to greet my father back home, should I text him, call him up, or just show up at our house and together with my husband and son, surprise him. I was so hung up on those thoughts and being the daddy's girl that I am, I really get so emotional when I see scenes on TV depicting father and daughter relationships being broken. But then, now that I am typing these thoughts, I came to thinking, aside from my father there is a wonderful person with me now, whom I really have to show appreciation, being the most loving and caring dad to our son and to me, he treats me like his child, he spoils me and gives in to my every whim. And so, I call on to everyone who reads this not to forget the father of our child, to those, like me, who thinks of father's day as the day to give homage to our fathers and forgets that our husbands are fathers too. You see, after 5 years of being married, i still can't believe that i have my own family now. That I have a great man beside me who loves me. So, to my "tatay", I love you and I want to thank you for being that father that you are to me, we may have our ups and downs but I still wont forget life's Lessons that you thought me, HAPPY FATHER'S DAY. To my RAYMOND, THANK YOU FOR CARING FOR ME AND OUR SON, FOR ALWAYS UNDERSTANDING ME AND DESPITE OF ALL THOSE FLAWS FOR STILL LOVING ME AND ARVEE, AND FOR BEING A WONDERFUL FATHER AND HUSBAND. HAPPY FATHER'S DAY, MAY WE HAVE MORE FATHER'S DAY TO CELEBRATE TOGETHER. WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH
