how to lose weight is healthy?

For the losing weight,a lot of girls around me are talking about the topic,also are doing with it. One of my friends advised me to lose some too. I'm abt 50kg.In fact,i think i'm not so fat,though not thin. If thinner, parents will feel pained.but if thinner,i can wear the clothes more beautifully... While the key is that how to lose weight is healthy?Just exercises?or only slimming? or any other ways?

A combination of daily exercise and eating more healthy will make you lose weight. Essentially, you lose weight when you burn more calories than you eat. 3,500 calories is equal to one pound (if you're curious). I think you should ask yourself if you really want to lose weight. It sounds like you're wishy-washy about it. If you're "normal", you probably don't need to lose weight. Of course, everyone should try to lead a healthy lifestyle - so you could at least try to eat healthier and exercise just for the sake of being healthy & fit - and I'm sure the weight will naturally come off. I don't think that was a very nice thing for your friend to say to you - in fact, I don't know about in your culture, but in the American one, it's EXTREMELY rude to tell someone such a thing.

really very appreciate ur help. but maybe i lost some info before.i'm only about 155cm. in the real life,the elder say i'm just ok.but the youth say i should be thinner.after all,i'm just a youth,hehe...

Moderate exercise and heathy eating habits are the key to lose weight.Do not try to reduce the quantity of diet,otherwise will cause your body nutritional deficiencies. And now I'm on a diet by yogo,and the weight is obviously declined.Good luck!

dear wdmzjld, thanks for your advice. but can you pls tell me more abt ur yogo? now,i'm climbing every weekends though the heavy sun. perspiring is a very comfortable feeling.after all,we sit in the air-condition rooms for too long time.i hope it can not only help me the health,but also help lose some weight. Now i do hope i can eat not 100% each meal,and also to have suitable walks everyday during workdays. regards, yolanda
