Last time I was in Davao I caught a bad cold and stayed in the hotel for several days watching tv. Well, they were running a soap opera continuously and I got hooked on it. I can't remember the title. It was about two friends (boy and a girl) who became separated when they were young. Years later the girl is the poor daughter of a maid working for this rich family. And by chance, the son of the rich family is the girl's childhood friend, but they don't know it. The son is engaged to a girl from another wealthy family, but begins to fall for the poor maid's daughter. The poor girl is such a sad figure and the rich boy's fiance is a real nasty girl. But, I think the poor girl and rich girl are really sisters. The boy finally figures out that the maid's daughter is his long lost girlfriend from childhood because of a slipper that she gave him when they were kids. But it's too late and the poor girl gets killed by a bus. Now, what happened next? I had to leave Davao and never got to see the end of the soap opera. And what was the name of the soap opera? If any of my understanding is wrong ... it's because I don't understand Tagalog and had to guess at what was being said. Yet, I got hooked on it over a year ago and sometimes wonder what happened. Can anyone help?

Yeah, I think it is Sana maulit Muli, starring Kim Chui and Gerald Anderson. I was not able to watch the whole soap opera. I think it was this soap that made the two Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition winners really a hit.

Hehe thanks, but I am going to limit myself to finishing this soap. I don't want to get addicted to anymore! LOL.
