I know this subject will have many responses because people usually have an opinion one way or another. I believe that most people don't want to think about the end but it comes to all of us someday. Some people feel very strongly that cremation is the best way to go, after all, it is cheaper, right? Some like it for other reasons. I personally would rather be buried, above ground in a crypt, if possible. I know it is more expensive and that is a shame. I have always been afraid of fire and even though I know you don't feel anything after you are gone, I cannot see myself going out that way.

Cremation is cheap that burial because you can rent a coffin instead of buying a new coffin. You don't pay the land in the cemetery. I like to be cremated because I don't want my family to suffer with the expenses. They said that it is expensive to die than to live.

I'm thinking of finding out if I can donate my body to science, preferable to a "body farm" down in San Marcos.
