no i havent.as far as my knowledge goes....the security card was only available for a certain amount of time....if available then i shall certainly order it soon.it makes ur id completely hackproof coz u gotta enter ur no. every time u gotta do any major action such as withdrawing.if u are thinking of whether to et it, i suggest u apply for it asap...happy mylotting
