I've tried to no avail to find a site where I can contact whoever has the rights to the Sesame Street characters. Found a Muppets site but still no contact information. I have many Sesame Street character projects that are ready to sell but need someone's approval before attempting to sell on the internet. Don't want to get into trouble. Most of the patterns are mine but a couple were downloaded from a free site. These crafts are made with plastic canvas and yarn and are so cute. Up to this point, I have given them as gifts so there was no charge. I need permission from someone. Thanks so much in advance.

Try a search for Jim Henson, he's the origional creator for the puppets used on Seasame Street otherwise I think Disney owns Jim Henson to a degree.... Here I found this for ya hope it helps & let me know what they say.

You're wonderful. I think this is what I need. Can't thank you enough for responding. I knew Jim Henson was the creator but just couldn't find a site that would lead me to a link where I could contact them about rights and selling my crafts.

Your welcome. Now you just have to figure out wich characters you made VS if Jim Hensen owns them or if Disney or if Seseame Street Workshop does. Glad to be of help

I know what you mean about getting in trouble. Jim Henson like everyone said. I have seen some of the Sesame Street Character pattern on plastic canvas so cute.

I would think who ever took over Jim Henson Productions since he created them.
