What if one of your male friend turns out to be hiding his true gender?

You're asking: if I had a crush on a guy and then found out that he's gay, would I still like him? My answer would be: no. I couldn't find any romantic feelings for a person whom I discovered had the same gender preference as I do HAHA! I'd rather take him as a "girlfriend", then maybe we'd both be more comfortable with each other. However, I find it difficult for me to ever be in that situation. It's very unlikely that homosexual males attract me - I guess it's something to do with their "aura", that I don't find appealing :) Probably exactly why they would never think of me in a any romantic way. well you can still like him and if he doesnt see anyone else than that is good but also if there is a problem at least you guys can still be friends

I have an officemate, we were friends for around 2 years, and then he left the company for another job. When we were still in the same company, I already had an inkling, that maybe he is gay.. though he says he had a girlfriend and everything, he is quite good looking and a lot of girls shares my sentiments. So when he left the company, somebody from his college told one of our friends that the guy was gay.. he has been gay since college. We were all shocked. Anyway, we are still friends with him. I think I really don't care what his preference is, I know he is a good person, and we have fun when we are together, so I don't mind him being gay. =)
