It has been a trend with me, 365 days year, I cannot be without a early morning walk or jogging. Its almost 3 kms of fast walking that makes my day. I try to not to give it up if there is rain or some other problem. What about you?

For a while, I was in the habit of riding my bike every day. I liked being out there, and I felt bad, almost guilty, on the days I did not get to ride. I took some time off from riding over the winter during the really cold times (not that we have too much of the really cold weather here in NW Florida, but cold is a relative term LOL), and I had finally made up my mind to get out there and start riding again. Sadly, my bike had sustained some damage over the winter months, so I was not able to start riding again. The back wheel of the bike was warped for some reason, so I either have to get it fixed, or I have to get a new bike, neither of which I can afford to do right now. I had actually thought about getting a stationary recumbent bike for my living room. The doctor recommended one for the medical condition that I have, and I could ride it any time I chose to ride, regardless of the weather outside. I can get a really nice one for about $300, so I am thinking about it. I will definitely get a regular bike again soon, though, because I do like to go out riding on sunny days.

I...am not that dedicated. I do try to do some amount of daily activity and when I work I end up walking about one mile per each hour worked (more if I'm actually doing stuff on the floor since I work retail). So I get some amount of activity. But I don't always have time to do the amount of things I want to do. Money is tight and there are so many things that need to be done right now and even as I speak the apartment is a mess and is going to need to be cleaned again today and such. It's hard finding the time and if I do end up putting things aside to exercise as much as I want to then I end up suffering in the end and having to work twice as hard just to make it up.
