I think it's possible. But maybe you'll be hungry before lunch. But in general, banana nutrition table with bananas though almost the same, ie containing water (70%), carbohydrates (27-30%), protein (1%) and less fat (0.2 to 0.3%). However, it is usually banana table has less carbohydrate content (27%) compared with the banana though. Therefore if the banana has a higher number of calories than bananas table. Bananas table contains 80-120 calories for every 100 grams of meat a banana, while the banana if it contains 100-135 calories.   Types of carbohydrates contained in a banana is starch and sugar. Table sugar content in bananas is 80%, and less than 5% starch. While bananas if it contains 66% sugar and 17% starch. During ripening, the starch will turn to sugar. That's why bananas become sweeter when ripe.   Sugar content in bananas is much higher than other fresh fruit. However, carbohydrate and fat content is low making good banana is used as the dietary food. In addition to nutrition can be inadequate, bananas are also quite good for the stomach because it can make full. Bananas table instead often recommended for those who suffer from digestive disorders of carbohydrate (colieac disease) because of the carbohydrates in bananas are easy to digest.   In addition to carbohydrates, bananas are also rich in fiber, vitamin C and potassium. Fiber in bananas contain pectin, nutritious facilitate bowel movement and lower cholesterol levels in the blood, because fiber absorbs water so it is easy to increase the volume of stool. Moreover pectin can bind cholesterol so that cholesterol remains in the colon without having to "walk" into the blood vessels that can cause constriction of the blood vessels of the heart.   Potassium is an essential mineral needed to maintain water balance in the body, helps the metabolism of cells, nerves carry messages to the muscles, as well as play a role in maintaining heart rate and blood pressure. Therefore, potassium can also reduce the risk of stroke, especially in older people.

I don't think so. Bananas don't have nearly enough protein to sustain you throughout the morning. I don't think it works at all, and I think you're skimping out on the calories and nutrients your body needs to thrive. The ideal breakfast should have a mix of carbohydrates, proteins, fiber, and potassium. I'm no expert..But the perfect breakfast to me is whole grain rolled oats, 1 hard boiled egg, and possibly an apple. This seems filling enough to me and has a mixture of pretty much everything you need! I think the banana diet is up there with the lemonade diet, the south beach diet, the atkins diet, and so on. It's not healthy to deprive yourself of nutrients.
