is there any site which pays for sign up?

I have to buy new .info domain names and i urgently wanted some money in my paypal account within no time .
Can anyone suggest me good site that pays for signup directly into paypal account then it will be very helpful for me.
While writing responses see that don't write any sites that are scams.

Sometimes a new program will give you a few cents to sign up,but I doubt there are any established programs that will do that.They would lose too much money.

There will not be any use to the site, if they wants the members just for sign ups and hence they will not pay for registration. But some of the sites used to pay some sign up bonus and we have to active in those sites and earn further to requst our payout. You may get something from the existing members of some sites, who are in the want of increased referral count. Try to be active in the sites which has some minimum payout level, if you want money immediately.
