So Happy Father's day to my son, his son is out of high school. Now what, I don't know I think he's going to continue to go to school he's into computers big time.
My Son is hoping a job is in this kid's future. What are your hopes when your kids graduate?

I don't have kids, so I guess I shouldn't really be answering this question..Although I do have a little sister (who is 7 right now!) and all that I can really hope is that she at least TRIES to go to college and further her education, but also that she finds something that she really enjoys to do and that she can do it for a living. A lot of parents think of their kids as needing prestigous, high-paying careers - but what's the point of having a great career if you don't like what you're doing? I hope she's happy in the future.
Congratulations on your grandson graduating! I wish him luck with all of his future endeavors (as cheesy as that sounds!)

Hi pat, congratulation for your grandson graduation.
My kid still a minor, still a long way to go but I do hope my kid will have a happy and wonderful life when she graduated.
And yes, as a parent we alway wished that our kid will find a job with a good pay but remember there is always an x-factor and luck is one of that.

I am overjoyed when my eldest son graduated 3 years ago and was there during his graduation. I have been following his studies since young and was influential on his choice career too. He is doing very well in his present job and glad that he likes what he is doing now, a geo-phycist. His job brings him around the globe where there are oil wells. My second son is a graduate in banking and currently attached to one of the bank. Having good paying jobs was my ultimate aim in getting both my sons into higher institutions. I feel my duty as a parent is successful when I see my efforts bearing fruits. Their success is my success and that goes to every parents out there. Channel all your resources to ensure the success of your children. The end result is sweet if they get employed upon graduation.

I just hope that my children live a full life. I want them to have a little easier than me. I want my children to find happiness the best way any of us can and to be content with whatever it is they decide to do. One wants to be a doctor..I hope she succeeds. One wants to be a teacher..but it changes between that and other things right now...she's only 10.

My children are grown, and each time they graduated...high school or college...my hopes were always that they would pick fields that were stable and that it would be doing work they loved.
Two of my grandsons have now graduated high school and are now in college. My wishes are always that whatever they choose to do, it will be something in which they feel fulfilled.
Great question!
