Where to watch TV online

Want to see where you go to watch TV online. I have found a couple of sites: Fancast, Project Free TV, TV Shack, and tvDuck.com . Let me know where and its quality.

A really good site to check out is www.surfthechannel.com. Lots of choices, just a few pop-ups here and there.
