Saving faces is most people trying to do to themselves. Especially in front of whole bunch of friends. I have a friend of mine who wants to be cool with everyone, especially with his good friends. Regardless of his financial hardship, sometimes, he invited us to a restaurant, and pay for us everything. That was a killer. His wife might be mumbling afterwards. As good friends, we don't want him to waste his money like that, especially in front of his wife. He still need to pay bills. So, we offer to pay for our own. We knew that he is a cool guy, but we also consider he has a family to take care of. Don't you agree?

I hate people like this because it Hurts me so much to see people being taken advantaged of and they think they have good friends but they dont because all the friends are there just for the money.

i think it is terrible when people feel they need to buy your friendship like this, i have a friend who is like this who always wants to pay for things because he thinks this makes him a good friend i never let him but a lot of his friends use him and take advantage of him like this
