What is your favorite meal? What combinations of meats and vegetables do you like? My daughter loves to have blackeyed peas, turnip greens, stewed potatoes, fried fat back and cornbread. Now of course you can tell this is a southern meal. But when I was growing up my dad always had the same meats with the same vegetables. He never mixed anything up. If we had country style steak, we had mashed potatoes and green beans. With pinto beans, he would have fried potatoes and slaw. And still to this day is the same way. So what's your favorites? Do you mix things up or eat the same meal combination's?

Hi klw, I'm from Malaysia. Yeah, a country located in South East Asia. Rice is our staple food and we are used to have rice as our daily meals. It seems that I still feel hungry if don't take rice for a couple of days I like coconut milked rice. We usually eat the rice together with curry chicken and potato, spicy shrimp or fish, boiled or fried eggs, spicy pickles, roasted pea nuts. We usually take this as our breakfast once or twice in a week. I like chicken rice and spring rolls as well. Most of the time we take rice with different dishes. I like to have a bowl of hot chinese herbal soup at the same time. It's really yummy and good to our health as well Happy posting and take care!

My favorite food would have to be paella! It's just so sinfully good..with the various mixture of seafood and cheese. It's just something to die for. How I wish I can make this cuisine on my own and not have to go to a fancy restaurant to eat it and pay more than it costs. Anyone with paella recipe?

My favorite food is kare-kare but not with ox tail but with soft meat parts of the beef and the soup was made of squash. It's delicious specially with bagoong (shrimp paste).
