I cannot know the exact reason Ramesh posted this but I can say that there are some things happening these past few decades that may make some people agree with it. The reason I say that is because most would agree that a lot of what women have done over the ages is co-create and support the family and create and maintain culture. Women in the past and now have been the primary caretakers of both the young and the old. In many hunter-gathering societies, women stayed together as they cared for their young and old and through their conversations with one another, shared their histories, experiences, knowledge and beliefs. This continued into the previous century until the women's movement. The ongoing community conversation women had helped establish and maintain their cultures. The very nature of their work; caregiving, also made women compassionate and careful in what they did and the decisions they made. As more and more women moved into the work place, their sphere of influence changed from that of community building and culture-building to that of competing, earning, and spending. In short, the very keepers of culture have become more like men and because men don't do the community building and sharing that women do, cultures are feeling that change. As women moved from caring for people to competing in the workplace, their focus and values changed from compassion to competition; they value power and earning money instead of valuing people and culture. The more women become like men by doing male pursuits such as earning and spending, the less people there are to converse, share, create, and maintian cultures. Perhaps Ramesh is speaking of this change.

I don't know what you mean by this. I suspect that this is either a joke designed to get you a lot of responses and therefore you a lot of money. Or you some sort of sexist. Either way you are wrong. Woman don't destroy culture we contribute to it.

You have no right to blame women as destroyer of your cultures, without any reasons or citing an evidence.Male is the total controller and up to now is the dominant sector. Even though, women have the same intelligence and capability of men. They have been disregarded as unequal and degraded for a long time. If you see now days that women is surpassing some men in some tasks or in terms of achievements. You cannot blame them they have struggle to rise and earn with their living on their own way. They are no longer dependent and hence independent, capable of feeding themselves and supporting their own self and family. As a human being, we should learn to respect each other accomplishment, whether you're an opposite sexes. Respect, begets respect.

Hello there, I would suggest you give the reasons why you are pointing to only women and not men or why you did not prefer to say humanity in general. You are going against only women which will create gender problems so I believe whatever the reasons both should be taken into consideration and not only one gender. One cannot be responsible 100% for something.

Why do you say that? It's a two way process man. If you believe in that, you should say, men and women are destroying our cultures. Don't generalize one gender to be the perpetrator. Use mankind, or the human race. But do tell us, why do you say that the women are destroying cultures? Cheers!
