Perhaps it is the religious explanation that may need a bit of discussion. I am not an expert. I just observe. I think there are two directions both perceived as "believing in one's self" One seems to be empowerment. The seems to be confusion. It seems possible for a man to get confused that he can do anything. e.g. history shows so many instances where a man reaches a certain level of confidence and tries to use force unreasonably... Lucifer?, Hitler? and many more :) It is also the trend that very religious organizations are endorsing the power of the individual to grow love and serve a Supreme Being. Religious organizations most probably have more sophisticated security measures than we think. We seem to have to believe in ourselves to be empowered. Finally, we seem to have believe in ourselves to be empowered. There's a saying : "Empowerment is about avoiding pitfalls of perception that lead to a false and therefore dangerous semse of security, superiority and well-being." What do you think?
