Inflation in minus!

I just read a new item, depicting that the economy of our state is in a good finacial run as the economy index, inflation whole sale price index goes into minus, Oh man what about the spiralling prices, they are touching the skies and you say inflation dipped to all time low!

umm, i am gonna assume u did not take an economics class in high school.inflation usually reports at a 3 month advance, based on the wholsale price index.it means that u will be able to see the effects of todays low inflation rates 3 months from now.another important point is that this inflation rate is in comparison to last years prices.since inflation was so high last year, th RATE of inflation is low even though prices are still high.o yea, and this isnt an all time low for inflation. i heard it had gone to a (-14)% during indira gandhis emergancy call
